Ryan Billante, PE
Principal

Ryan has over 20 years of design and management experience and has played an instrumental role in developing the technical standards for the company. His extensive amount of field experience manifests in efficient, builder friendly solutions to almost any engineering challenge. Ryan earned his Civil Engineering degree from California State University, Chico and is a California Registered Civil Engineer and an ATC-20 Post Disaster Safety Assessment Program Evaluator. When not working, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole, their daughter Kaitlin, and dog Waffles.

Adam Klein, SE
Principal

Adam brings a wealth of project knowledge and diversification to BKG that is instrumental in delivering solutions to complicated engineering challenges. His work ethic, creativity and attention to client needs are key assets to each of his projects. Adam earned his Civil Engineering degree from the University of California, Davis. He is a California Registered Structural Engineer, a California Registered Civil Engineer and an ATC-20 Post Disaster Safety Assessment Program Evaluator. When not working, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Kendall and two daughters, Kaia and Rylan.

Joe Givens, SE
Principal

Joe maintains a level of technical expertise not often found at smaller engineering firms and thrives on developing innovative solutions to challenging problems. Joe earned his Civil Engineering degree (Summa Cum Laude) from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis on Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Material. He is a California Registered Structural Engineer, a California Registered Civil Engineer and LEED AP certified by the US Green Building Council. When not working, Joe enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
